Our 55+ planned community is a quiet neighborhood subdivision comprised of 140 homes (see the Canoa Estates map). Established in 1985, this neighborhood is nestled between the Canoa Hills Walking Trails on the north and south and bordered by Camino del Sol on the East and the open desert copper mine property on the west.
